The Lionhead is one of the newer breeds of domestic rabbit and is thought to have been developed after a genetic mutation resulted in an animal that displayed a luxuriant mane of hair around the head. Very pretty, beautifully marked, good to handle. Make a lovely pet for child or adult. Therefore there are less recognized varieties and colors when compared with the UK.
