The smooth, glossy, white eggs have a creamy tint and are about 38 mm by 29 mm in size. Stock doves are similar in plumage and size to rock doves/feral pigeons. The Stock Dove walks on a horizontal branch with a puffed neck, fanned tail, and lowered wings during nuptial displays. Both parents share the duty of incubating the eggs and feeding the nestlings.
